Children

In our work with children, we use several approaches based on the child’s age, level of cognition and presenting problem. The therapy involves the use of toys, drawings, and games to help the child recognize, identify, and verbalize feelings. Through a combination of talk and play your child has an opportunity to better understand and manage their conflicts, feelings, and behavior.

Teens and Young Adults

The adolescent and young adult brains and bodies are all changing rapidly. These years often create anxiety about a multitude of things. Through the process of psychotherapy we can help a client become more self-aware both consciously and subconsciously, secure in him or herself, improve academic achievement and find fulfillment in relationships.
